The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing vinegar with enhanced skin whitening effect, comprising the steps of: (a) manufacturing an ethanol extract of Aster scaber by extracting after adding ethanol to Aster scaber； (b) fermenting after inoculating a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain in fig concentrate； (c) performing acetic fermentation by inoculating acetic acid bacteria and the ethanol extract of Aster scaber manufactured in the step (a) to the fermented product from the step (b). The present invention also relates to vinegar with enhanced skin whitening effect manufactured by the method.본 발명은 (a) 참취에 에탄올을 첨가한 후 추출하여 참취 에탄올 추출물을 제조하는 단계； (b) 무화과 농축액에 사카로마이세스 세레비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 균주를 접종한 후 발효하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 (b)단계의 발효한 발효물에 상기 (a)단계의 제조한 참취 에탄올 추출물 및 초산균을 접종하여 초산 발효하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 미백 효능이 증진된 식초의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 피부 미백 효능이 증진된 식초에 관한 것이다.
