PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal being a model of behavior disorder auch as ADHD and a screening method of a substance effective for preventing, improving and treating the behavior disorder using the model animal.SOLUTION: The behavior disorder model animal is characterized by being a nonhuman mammal which suppresses or loses the expression of a Spock3 gene or suppresses or loses the function of a SPOCK3 protein encoded by the Spock3 gene.
