PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition useful as a medical material for antiadhesion excellent in dissolubility to water and having a moderate range of a gelation speed of a gelator.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid pharmaceutical composition which is effective as a pharmaceutical material for antiadhesion or a hemostatic agent, and contains: (A) a gelator which is alginate or pectin； (B) a poor solubility salt of at least one kind of acid selected from a group consisting of organic acids such as dicalcium phosphate and calcium gluconate and inorganic acids, and a bivalent metal； and (C) polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 1,000 to 20,000. Further, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition which contains an organic acid such as gluconate adjusting a gelation speed, or an alkali metal salt thereof.【課題】水への溶解性に優れ、しかもゲル化剤のゲル化速度が適度な範囲を備えている癒着防止用の医用材料として有用な医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】(A)アルギン酸又はペクチンであるゲル化剤、(B)第２リン酸カルシウム及びグルコン酸カルシウム等の有機酸及び無機酸よりなる群から選択される少なくとも１種の酸と２価の金属との難溶性塩、並びに(C)平均分子量が１０００～２００００であるポリエチレングリコールを含有する癒着防止用の医薬材料又は止血材として有効な固体状の医薬組成物。更にゲル化速度を調整するグルコン酸等の有機酸又はそのアルカリ金属塩を含む医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
