A reinforcing net (16) and a heat wire (18) are arranged between upper and lower films (12, 14) and bonded to obtain a plastic sheet (10). A reinforcing unit (22) having a reinforcing rope (20) is bonded on both ends of the plastic sheet (10). Connection holes (24) are formed with equal intervals on the reinforcing unit (22).
