PURPOSE: A composition containing Flavobacterium sp. GSE09 is provided to enhance productivity and to promote maturation in plants. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing plant anthracnose contains Flavobacterium sp. GSE09(deposit number: KACC 91368P) or metabolites thereof. The anthracnose is caused by Colletotrichum sp. The metabolite is a volatile material. A microorganism fertilizer composition for enhancing yield contains the strain or the metabolites. A method for promoting maturation of Capsicum annuum comprises a step of treating the metabolites to green Capsicum annuum.본 발명은 식물 탄저병에 대해 뛰어난 생물적 방제 효과 및 수량증진과 성숙촉진 효과가 있는 친환경적 생물적 방제균인 플라보박테리움 (Flavobacterium sp.) 균주 GSE09를 포함하는 식물 탄저병 방제용 및 수량증진과 성숙촉진용 조성물 그리고 이를 이용한 식물 탄저병 방제방법에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 의하면, 친환경적으로 포장에서도 식물의 탄저병을 우수하게 방제할 수 있는 동시에 수량증진과 성숙을 촉진시킬 수 있고, 농용 살균제 및 화학 비료의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
