PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed reaping in a head-feed combine even if the reaped grain culm has too much volume or the reaped grain culm gets wet.SOLUTION: A threshing cylinder (14) pivotally installed in an axis center along the convey direction of the grain culm in a threshing chamber (15) of a threshing device (3) is longitudinally divided in this axial direction to form a front side threshing cylinder (14F) and a rear side threshing cylinder (14R). The rear side threshing cylinder (14R) is rotationally driven in a constant speed and the drive rotational speed of the front side threshing cylinder (14F) is configured to be changed. Also, a front part of a rotary shaft (7) fixing the rear side threshing cylinder (14R) is inserted and born in a cylindrical shaft (16) being born in a front wall (15F) of the threshing chamber (15), the rear of the rotary shaft (7) is born to a rear wall (15R) of the threshing chamber (15), and the driving force is transmitted to the rotary shaft (7) and the rear side threshing cylinder (14R) is driven in a constant speed.
