MICRO-ORGANISMES SECRETANT DE MANIERE EXTRACELLULAIRE DES LIPIDES ET PROCEDES POUR PRODUIRE DES LIPIDES ET DES VESICULES LIPIDIQUES ENCAPSULANT LES LIPIDES UTLISANT LESDITS MICRO-ORGANISMES
There are provided microorganisms having a propertyof producing a lipid containing unsaturated fatty acidsas constituent fatty acids and extracellularly secretingthe produced lipid encapsulated in lipid vesicles, methods of screening said microorganisms, as well asmethods of efficiently producing a fatty acid-containinglipid using said microorganisms. Furthermore, there areprovided lipid vesicles encapsulating a lipid containingunsaturated fatty acids, and foods, cosmetics, and animalfeeds comprising said lipid vesicles added thereto.Artificially treated microorganisms ormicroorganisms collected from nature are grown on a solidmedium, and microbial strains that form lipid vesicles atthe periphery of the colonies and/or microbial strainsthat, when cultured in a transparent liquid medium, makethe culture liquid cloudy are selected. Themicroorganisms obtained are cultured, lipid-containinglipid vesicles secreted in the culture liquid, areseparated from the culture liquid, and the lipid isseparated and purified.
