PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating meningioma that is useful for the treatment of meningioma.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for treating meningioma comprises as an effective ingredient a substance exhibiting cytotoxicity to a WT1-expressing cell or a substance having activity of inducing cytotoxicity to a WT1-expressing cell. The substance exhibiting cytotoxicity to a WT1-expressing cell is, for example, a substance selected from the group consisting of "a cell exhibiting WT1-expressing cell-specific cytotoxic activity" and "an antibody specifically recognizing a WT1-expressing cell". The substance having activity of inducing cytotoxicity to a WT1-expressing cell is, for example, a substance selected from the group consisting of "WT1", "a WT1-derived peptide", "a cell presenting a WT1-derived peptide", "a receptor specifically recognizing a WT1-expressing cell" and "a nucleic acid coding a receptor specifically recognizing a WT1-expressing cell".
