PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning probe whose manufacture is simplified and which is suitable for suppressing light quantity loss dependent on an optical system.SOLUTION: An optical scanning probe includes: a flexible tube an optical fiber for transmitting scanning light, which is supported in the flexible tube in a manner to be rotatable around an axis and an objective lens which rotates integrally with the optical fiber and which has positive power to convert the scanning light transmitted by the optical fiber from a diverging luminous flux to a parallel luminous flux or a convergent luminous flux.
