PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heart correction net, capable of improving productivity by properly simplifying the shape of the heart correction net.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a step (S1) of capturing an image of a cross-section of a heart a step (S2) of extracting contour lines for the heart from the cross-section image a step (S3) of setting division points at a plurality of parts with intervals on the contour lines, in the peripheral direction a step (S4) of dividing the three-dimensional external surface shape of the heart into a plurality of divided areas surrounded by a dividing lines connecting the plurality of dividing points along the surface of the heart on the basis of the division points, and, while allowing the divided areas to be split in a layer direction, spreading each of the divided areas across a two-dimensional plane whilst substantially maintaining the shape of each of the divided areas a step (S5) of creating pattern data on the basis of the spread-out data a step (S6) of knitting the heart correction net by using a computer control knitting machine on the basis of the pattern data.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】心臓矯正ネットの形状を適切に簡素化して生産性を改善可能な心臓矯正ネットの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】心臓の断面画像を撮像し(S1)、その断面画像から心臓の輪郭線を抽出し(S2)、その輪郭線上で周方向に間隔を空けた複数箇所に分割点を設定し(S3)、その分割点に基づいて心臓の三次元的な外面形状を心臓の表面に沿って複数の分割点間を結ぶ分割線で囲まれた複数の分割領域に分割するとともに、各分割領域間が層方向に沿って切り裂かれることは許容しつつ、各分割領域の概略形状を維持したまま各分割領域を二次元平面上に展開する(S4)。その展開データに基づいて型紙データを作成(S5)、その型紙データに基づいて、コンピュータ制御編み機で心臓矯正ネットを編成する(S6)。【選択図】図3
