A multiple air passages applied to air mattress comprises a plurality of transverse bladders (41, 42, 43), in particular, the bladders (41, 42, 43) are longitudinally compressed to define air passages (61, 62, 63), and cavities (511, 521, 531) are formed between the air passages (61, 62, 63) and some specific bladders (41, 42, 43) for communicating the air passages (61, 62, 63) with an interior of the aforementioned bladders (41, 42, 43). The air passages (61, 62, 63) of the present invention can apply to an alternating air mattress or to one with multiple zones. By means of the air passages (61, 62, 63) conducive to an air-crossing transmission and a designated distribution, the present invention preferably omits a complex distribution and attains a neat appearance, lower costs, and a mass production.
