The control equipment comprises a circuit for adjusting transmission power, and the implant includes an electronic circuit delivering a response signal to a command transmitted by the control equipment. The electronic circuit of the implant may also include a memory for recording digital identification data such as the date of manufacture, serial number etc. as well as further digital data relating to the patient, including date of implantation and name.
