PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel water-containing formulation for skin application, in particular, suitable for skin inhibition of a parasite such as a flea, a louse or a fly on an animal, and prominent in excellent storage stability at a low temperature (low temperature up to -30°C).SOLUTION: The aqueous formulation of a parasiticide for skin application is an aqueous formulation for controlling the parasite and a mite on the skin of the animal having (a) an agonist or antagonist of a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor of an insect at 1-20 wt.% of concentration, (b) water in 2.5-15 wt.% of concentration, (c) a solvent selected from the group comprising alcohols or pyrrolidones may be substituted in some cases, in at least 20 wt.% of concentration, (d) a solvent selected from the group comprising cyclic carbonates or lactones in 5-50 wt.% of concentration, and, when required, (e) a thickener, a spreading agent, a colorant, an antioxidant, a propellant, an antiseptic agent, an adhesive, and other additive selected from the group comprising emulsifiers, in 0.025-10 wt.% of concentration per total weight of the formulation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】動物上のノミ、シラミ又はハエのような寄生虫の皮膚的抑制のために特に適しており、低温(-30℃の低温まで)におけるその優れた保存安定性により傑出している、皮膚適用のための新規な水-含有調剤を提供する。【解決手段】a)1~20重量%の濃度における昆虫のニコチン性アセチルコリンレセプターのアゴニストもしくはアンタゴニスト;b)2.5~15重量%の濃度における水;c)少なくとも20重量%の濃度におけるアルコール、又は場合により置換されていることができるピロリドンの群からの溶媒;d)5~50.0重量%の濃度における環状カーボネートもしくはラクトンの群からの溶媒;e)場合により、調剤の全重量に関して0.025~10重量%の濃度における増粘剤、展延剤、着色剤、酸化防止剤、噴射剤、防腐剤、乳化剤及び乳化剤の群からの他の添加剤を有する動物の皮膚上の寄生虫及びダニを防除するための水性調剤。【選択図】なし
