A smart health evaluation system to analyze the weak classification and grading of a person who needs or interests to be analyzed is disclosed. The system comprises physiological signal measuring devices, activity measurement equipment, a computer equipment and an application program. The computer equipment contains database having a first testing set for analyzing cognitive capability, a second testing set for analyzing taking part in activity capability and third title testing set for analyzing emotional management capability of the person has. The application program provides interface for the person to access the aforementioned testing sets. The testing scores are stored in the database comparing with the historical personal records and then provide an evaluating grade in each weak classification of the person. The physical power measurement equipment includes two LASER transceivers and two ultrasonic transceivers to analyze the walking behavior.一種智慧健康評估系統，將被測試者健康衰弱程度分類分級。包含：一生理訊號量測設備，一活動力量測設備，一電腦設備等。電腦設備之資料庫包含認知能力測試的第一題組，溝通能力的第二題組及情緒管理的第三題組、個人測試結果歷史記錄，及一應用程式。應用程式可根據目前測試結果和過去個人測試結果歷史記錄對被測試者受測之分類進行評等。
