PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management implement capable of extracting a plurality of posts continuously by continuing the retraction of a running airframe, and performing the extractions of the posts by continuing the continuous retractions of the running airframe so that the extractions can be improved.SOLUTION: An apex carrier lever 17e capable of carrying the apex inner surface of a post W is formed in such a rising inclination as gradually rises forward from the back of a running airframe 1. In accordance with the continuation of the retractions of the running airframe, an apex carrier lever contacts in a rising inclination with the apex inner surface of the post rising on a farm field M, so that it can be gradually extracted from the farm field by the apex carrier lever.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
