A composition for targeted delivery of a therapeutic agent is provided herein, the composition including poly(styrene-co-maleic acid) (SMA) covalently conjugated to hyaluronic acid (HA). The HA-SMA composition optionally forms a micelle for targeted delivery of a therapeutic agent.
