This flexible occlusive or semi-occlusive dressing has a thicknessof lessthan 100 lim, and is of adequate shape and size for occlusion of a fingernailortoenail and comprises a support layer in polymer-based plastic film at leastpartlycoated with an adhesive layer, and is characterized by an up-turned T-shapecomprising a central part (1) intended to cover the nail, 2 identical sidebranches (2)intended to be folded back under the finger on each side of the nailrepresenting theshort branches of the T and a tab (3) intended to be folded backlongitudinally underthe finger positioned in the continuity of the nail before its folding andrepresentingthe long branch of the T.
