PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method enabling year-round harvest of blueberry seedlings by increasing the PAC content of the blueberry seedling to a level close to an adult tree grown by outdoor culture.SOLUTION: Blueberry seedling is cultured by collecting a cutting scion from a shoot derived from a multiple shoot proliferated by micropropagation. The collected cutting scion is planted in a cell tray, rooting is induced from the cutting scion in a high-humidity atmosphere under light irradiation with a fluorescent lamp and/or LED in an artificial climate chamber, and the rooted seedling is grown by gradually lowering the humidity to a normal humidity level. The grown seedling is further grown in an essentially closed environment under light irradiation with a fluorescent lamp and/or LED. Furthermore, a seedling having a high PAC content is produced by irradiating the grown seedling with fluorescent lamp and/or LED light, thereby increasing the PAC content. Accordingly, seedlings having a high PAC content close to the PAC content in leaves of an adult blueberry tree of outdoor culture can be harvested multiple times throughout the year.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】ブルーベリー苗木のPAC含有量を露地栽培の成木に近い量に増やし、苗木の周年収穫を可能にする栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】ブルーベリーの苗木の栽培には、マイクロプロパゲーションにより増殖された多芽体由来のシュートから挿し穂を採取する。採取された挿し穂をセルトレーに挿し木し、人工気象機内の高湿度雰囲気、蛍光灯及び/又はLEDで光照射下し挿し穂から発根を誘導し、漸次湿度を常湿まで低減して発根後の苗木を育苗する。育苗した苗木を実質的閉鎖環境内で蛍光灯及び/又はLEDで光照射下し生育させる。さらに本発明では、生育された苗木に蛍光灯及び/又はLEDで光照射下しPAC含量を増やすことにより高含量のPACを含む苗木を生産する。これにより、露地栽培のブルーベリー成木の葉におけるPAC含量に近い高含量のPACを含む苗木での周年複数回収穫を可能にする。【選択図】図1
