An aerosol provision device comprising: a first section (200) for containing an aerosolisable substance from which a flow of aerosol can be generated； and a second section (400) for containing a material - as tobacco； wherein, in use, a flow of aerosol generated from aerosolisable substance in the first section flows through material in the second section before being inhaled by a user； and wherein the first section and the second section are located in a side-by-side arrangement in the device.
