PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron ray sterility device capable of performing sterility properly to a container having a large volume shape.SOLUTION: An electron ray sterility device 1 comprises: a container holding part 2 for holding a container B an electron ray irradiation part 3 for irradiating electron ray to the inside of the container B held by the container holding part 2. The electron ray sterility device further comprises: a movement control part 4 for controlling a movement of the container B held by the container holding part 2 and an attitude control part 5 for controlling an attitude of the container B held by the container holding part 2.
