Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Implantationshilfe für ein in einen menschlichen oder tierischen Körper implantierbares, mit Fluid befüllbares Reservoir (R) einer Penisprothese. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Implantationshilfe (I) ein Lagerteil (1) auf, an dem das Reservoir (R) vor seiner Implantierung festlegbar ist und das einen relativ zu dem Lagerteil (1) entlang einer Ausbringungsrichtung (ZA) verstellbaren Schlitten (3) aufweist, wobei mittels des Schlittens (3) das zu implantierende Reservoir (R) in die Ausbringungsrichtung (ZA) verschoben werden kann.
