An x-ray imaging device according to an embodiment comprises an x-ray generating unit which sequentially irradiates an object having an interested area and a non-interested area with x-rays a filtering unit which controls the dose of each of the x-rays entered into the interested area and the non-interested area an x-ray detection unit which sequentially detects the x-rays passing through the object and converts it into x-ray data and an image processing unit which obtains a plurality of frame images by using the x-ray data and matches each of the frame images with one or more previous frame images and synthesizes each of the frame images with the previous frame image and produces a plurality of restored frame images. The x-ray imaging device can reduce the dose of the x-rays entered into the object and obtain a clear x-ray image at the same time.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015일 실시 예에 따른 엑스선 영상 장치는 관심 영역 및 비관심 영역을 갖는 대상체로 엑스선을 연속적으로 조사하는 엑스선 발생부, 상기 관심 영역 및 비관심 영역으로 입사되는 각 엑스선의 선량을 조절하기 위한 필터링부, 상기 대상체를 투과하는 엑스선을 연속적으로 검출하여 엑스선 데이터로 변환하는 엑스선 검출부 및 상기 엑스선 데이터를 이용하여 복수의 프레임 영상을 획득하고, 획득된 복수의 프레임 영상 각각에 대하여 적어도 하나 이상의 이전 프레임 영상을 정합한 후, 각각의 프레임 영상을 정합된 이전 프레임 영상과 합성하여 복수의 복원 프레임 영상을 생성하는 영상 처리부를 포함한다.
