PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a carrier for tissue engineering, a carrier for tissue engineering, a method for manufacturing a porous body, and a porous body.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a carrier for tissue engineering includes: a powder layer formation step of forming a mixed powder layer formed from thermoplastic resin powder and a composition containing a light-absorbing agent and an exposure step of selectively exposing the mixed powder layer to weld at least a part of the mixed powder layer, in which the powder layer formation step and the exposure step are repeated in this order to manufacture a carrier for tissue engineering having a three-dimensional structure. The average particle size of the light-absorbing agent is 1/3 or less the average particle size of the thermoplastic powder, and as for a light source used in light exposure, attenuation of light caused by passing of the light through the mixed powder layer is 5% or more, and attenuation of light caused by passing of the light through a single powder layer that is formed so as to have a thickness equal to that of the mixed powder layer and is formed from only the thermoplastic resin body is 40% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】組織工学用担体の製造方法、組織工学用担体、多孔質体の製造方法及び多孔質体の提供。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂粉体及び光吸収剤を含有する組成物からなる混合粉体層を形成する粉体層形成工程及び前記混合粉体層に対して選択的に露光を行い、前記混合粉体層の少なくとも一部を溶着させる露光工程を備え、前記粉体層形成工程及び前記露光工程をこの順に繰り返すことにより3次元構造を備える組織工学用担体を製造する組織工学用担体の製造方法。光吸収剤の平均粒子径は、熱可塑性樹脂粉体の平均粒子径の1/3以下であり、露光に用いる光源は、混合粉体層を通過することによる光の減衰が5%以上であり、且つ、混合粉体層と同等の厚みで形成された、熱可塑性樹脂粉体のみからなる単一粉体層を通過することによる光の減衰が40%以下であることを特徴する、組織工学用担体の製造方法。【選択図】図1
