A neutron capture therapy system includes a neutron generator for generating a neutron beam, an irradiation room for irradiating an irradiated body and a supporting table accommodated in the irradiation room for transporting the irradiated body. The supporting table includes a supporting member for supporting the irradiated body, an adjusting device for adjusting the spatial position of the supporting member, a drive rod connected between the adjusting device and the supporting member and a first shielding member covering the adjusting device. The first shielding member prevents the adjusting device from being radiated by radiation. The adjusting device drives the drive rod to adjust the spatial position of the supporting member. The first shielding member is provided with a slot for providing a pace for the movement of the drive rod.
