A male sexual stimulation device comprising: an anal or prostate stimulation shaft dimensioned for insertion through the anus, and a holder for holding a male penile masturbation device wherein the holder has one or more closed rings or adjustable straps and wherein the anal stimulation shaft is connected to the holder by at least a connecting strap. The function of the holder connected the anal or prostate stimulation shaft is to hold any conventional male penile masturbation device firmly, so that the male sexual stimulation device disclosed according to the invention, along with any conventional male penile masturbation device, can function as an apparatus to provide simultaneous sexual stimulation to more than one erogenous zones such as the penis, perineum, anus and the P-spot.
