The present invention relates to a revegeration method using long fiber in the special geologic region generating acid drainage. In the present invention, penetration of acid drainage and acidification of an artificial soil generated from acid drainage are suppressed by forming a multiple layered membrane in the slope in which vegetation quality securing and vegetation environment improving are hard due to acid drainage generated in the special geologic region like mudstone, and by spraying a revegeration soil mixed with neutralization treatment additives, the long fiber and the seed thereby inducing an improvement of scenery and ecological function through growing the plant in the slope of the special geologic region.
