The invention is a wearable posture measurement apparatus which is worn on the limb of a subject for measuring dynamic physiological signals of the limb. This apparatus includes a sensing module, a transmitting module, and a stabilizing module. The sensing module is provided for contacting the limb, and has a highly elastical and strength-recovery conductive webbing, electrodes, and a nonconductive base. The webbing is provided for strength or recovery during exercise of the limb so as to form a corresponding resistance. The electrode is connected to the webbing for receiving the resistance. The base supports the webbing and the electrode. The transmitting module is connected to the electrode of the sensing module for receiving the resistance from the electrode.
