PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line roller unit which can be handled easily, and fishing line guide mechanism using the same.SOLUTION: A line roller unit 25 comprises a line roller 4, a bearing 5, a cylindrical member 6 and a first magnetic seal 7. The line roller 4 has a guide part for guiding a fishing line on an outer peripheral surface. The bearing 5 is provided on an inner peripheral surface side of the line roller 4. The cylindrical member 6 has a holding part for holding the bearing 5. The cylindrical member 6 is provided on an inner peripheral surface side of the bearing 5. The first magnetic seal 7 has a first magnet 71 and a first holding member 72 for holding the first magnet 71. The first magnetic seal 7 forms a first magnetic circuit for holding a first magnetic fluid 70 between the circuit and the cylindrical member 6.
