Disclosed is a hair conditioning composition comprising from about 0.1% to about 20% by weight of a silicone compound, and wherein the composition has a Silicone deposition amount of at least about 1,600, and Silicone deposition evenness value of at least 0.83. The composition of the present invention provides improved hair manageability.
