According to one embodiment of the present invention, a surgical awl includes: a handle； a main shaft having a rotating axis and connected to the handle to be rotatable about the rotating axis； and a header configured to engage with the main shaft and destroy an anatomical structure of an object, wherein the header is configured to adjust an angle with respect to the main shaft by rotation of the main shaft. The main shaft and the header individually include an inclined surface inclined to the rotating axis. The header can be rotated with respect to a portion at which the header and the main shaft engage with each other such that the inclined surface of the header and the inclined surface of the main shaft face each other.일 실시예에 따른 외과적 아울은 핸들； 회전축을 구비하고 상기 회전축에 대하여 회전 가능하게 상기 핸들에 연결된 메인 샤프트； 및 상기 메인 샤프트와 맞물리고 대상체의 해부학적 구조를 파괴하도록 구성된 헤더로서, 상기 메인 샤프트의 회전에 의해 상기 메인 샤프트에 대하여 이루는 각도가 조절되도록 구성된 헤더를 포함하고, 상기 메인 샤프트와 상기 헤더는 상기 회전축에 대하여 경사진 빗면을 각각 포함하고, 상기 헤더는 상기 헤더의 빗면과 상기 메인 샤프트의 빗면이 서로 마주보도록 상기 헤더와 상기 메인 샤프트가 맞물린 부분을 기준으로 상기 헤더가 회전할 수 있다.
