The present invention relates to an insertable sterilizer. The insertable sterilizer comprises: a sterilizing rod (10) provided with multiple light sources (12) and an image sensor (14) a transparent cover part (20) which is wrapped around the sterilizing rod (10) and is formed to be replaceable and a wave generating part (30) which is mounted on the sterilizing rod (10) and is formed to generate microwaves in a direction in which the multiple light sources (12) are applied. According to the present invention, a user can simply sterilize bacteria in the body of the user even at home by inserting the sterilizing rod (10) provided with the multiple light sources (12) into the mouth, nose, throat, anus, rectum, and vagina of the user. The user detects a sterilization region and selectively uses a suitable light source for bacteria by analyzing an image captured via the image sensor (14). Furthermore, the insertable sterilizer generates microwaves in a direction in which the multiple light sources (12) are applied, thereby enhancing the penetration of the multiple light sources (12) into foreign substances or bacterial communities.
