PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stick-shaped oily solid cosmetics which have a distinct interface in a transparent outer layer part and a colored inner layer part, are excellent in smooth feeling of use, and are excellent in esthetic properties.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a stick-shaped oily solid cosmetic having a transparent outer layer part and a colored inner layer part which contacts each other, the outer layer part containing at least a component (A): dibutyl lauroyl glutamide a component (B): dibutyl ethylhexanoyl glutamide, and a component (C): polyglycerol fatty acid ester in which the polymerization degree of glycerol is 6 to 12 and the fatty acid is a branched chain fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms. Preferably, the mass content ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) of the outer layer part is A:B=10:1 to 1:2. Further preferably, the outer layer part contains a branched higher alcohol having 20 to 26 carbon atoms as a component (D).
