The battery management module is configured for receiving current output from the solar power supply management module under a preset condition and charging the battery module by the current. The spectrometer module includes an impedance network analyzer, a differential amplifier connected with the impedance network analyzer, and a wide-band current source connected with the impedance network analyzer.
