The invention arose due to water stress in rain-fed, gravity-irrigated or underground water-pumped lands for agricultural and livestock use, to thus ensuring the retention of moisture and preventing salt from emerging to the surface on brine-affected soils, thereby making them arable and obtaining a better use thereof as well as of petrochemical lands in order to avoid oil spillage and its filtration into the ground, thus preventing pollution on soils. The method of the present invention allows for energy, water, labor, fertilizers and nutrient cost savings, as well as cost savings in the use of materials required for the agriculture sowing stage and livestock development. The application of plastic underground at depths of 0 inches to 20 inches becomes effortless by using this device and the aid of an agricultural tractor therefor. The device is attached to the tractor which is driven around the ground for opening a ditch, applying the plastic in the subsoil and subsequently coveri ng the same, all said steps being performed in a single operation and in a single run. It is worth mentioning that this work is developed in a simple manner, without requiring the use of heavy machinery such as bulars or backhoe loaders, which results in wasting of time and money.En resumen la invension es por la escaces de agua en los terrenos agricolas, ganaderos que son de temporal, agua rodada o por bombeo para si conseguir la retención de humedad y en terrenos salitrosos lograremos detener a este para que no aflore a la superficie impidiendo el aprobechamiento y convertirlos en laborables y consiguiendo una mejor utilidad en ellos, asi como en los terrenos petroquímicos y deribados del petroleo para asi lograr detener en los derrames seguramente existentes la filtracion al subsuelo y asi evitar en los posible la contaminacion producida por estos, con este métodos conseguiremos un ahorro en agua, enerjeticos, mano de obra, fertilizantes nutrientes entre otros como materials requerido
