PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting wheel chair, which allows a user to use an installation type toilet while the user seats on the wheel chair, and which has a simple structure and can be produced inexpensively.SOLUTION: A lifting wheel chair 2 is configured so that: a seating frame 11 on which, a seating seat having a hole is mounted on a bogie 3 capable of traveling, is jointed to the bogie 3 with a Kempff parallel motion mechanism 19, then an actuation cylinder 15 coupled to an axis 15a at a movable origin is actuated, for dropping the seating frame 11 to a position contacting a seat of a bedpan of a toilet, and after use, the seating frame is raised above the seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】車椅子に着座したままで設置型トイレを使用することができ、しかも構造が簡素で安価な昇降着座車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】昇降着座車椅子２は走行可能な台車３の上に穴を設けた着座シートが載置してある着座架台１１を、ケンプ平行運動機構１９で台車３に節合し可動起点で軸１５ａで結合した作動シリンダー１５を作動させて、着座架台１１をトイレの便器上の便座に接触する位置に降下させ、使用後は便座の上方に上昇させる。【選択図】図１
