PURPOSE: A coconut opening apparatus is provided to largely form an opening part of coconut for users to intake juice as well as flesh inside the coconut.CONSTITUTION: A mounting part(2) is pivotally connected to a housing(1), and holds and fixes the outside of fruit. A screw(22) is rotatable by rotary power of a power source, and is protruded from the housing. A fruit case(23) is fixed to the screw, and has a space for mounting the fruit. Multiple gripping chucks(24) are radially connected to the fruit case, and are gathered to the center of the space by rotation. An operation part(25) ascends and descends along the screw, and controls the tightening and loosening of the gripping chucks. Protruded pieces extended toward the rotational center of the screw are equipped in the lower end of the gripping chucks.
