A vacuum of 10-2-10-3 Pa is created in the accelerator vacuum chamber, and the dental crown surface is irradiated by pulsed electron beams accelerated to 15 keV - 20 keV, pulse duration is in the range of 100 μs to 200 μs, at beam current of (100-200) A and pulse repetition rate of (0.2-0.4 ) c-1 from, and the surface of the zirconium dental implant fixed to the rotating device axis in a non-sealed chamber, which is moistened with water vapour, is irradiated with laser radiation with wavelengths in the range of (914÷1342) nm. For uniform irradiation of the entire treated surface of each dental crown and each implant, they are rotated relative to the electron beam and the laser beam. On both axes of the rotary device ball bearings are pressed, the outer part of which is mechanically fixed through the posts to the walls of chambers where they are located. The dental bridge components are fixed to the mutually opposite ends of the rotary device axes, and permanent magnets are fixed to the other ends of both axes, which serve to create a magnetic relationship. The magnets are supplied to the tight bulkhead of the vacuum chamber, so that their planes are parallel to each other and the magnetic poles are positioned so that the magnetic field between the magnets causes their mutual attraction, while both axes are rotated by means of a magnetic field.
