It is excellent, and in the animal model of atopic dermatitis, histamine free from mast cells, the thickness of the ear tissues caused by atopic dermatitis, eosinophils and mast cell infiltration are reduced, so it can be usefully used for improvement, prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis.본 발명은 폴리오젤린을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 아토피 피부염의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 폴리오젤린을 포함하는 조성물은 염증성 사이토카인의 발현을 억제하는 효과가 우수하고, 아토피 피부염 동물 모델에서 비만세포로부터의 히스타민 유리, 아토피 피부염이 유발된 귀 조직의 두께, 호산구 및 비만세포 침윤을 감소시키므로, 아토피 피부염의 개선, 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
