PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device and a program which prevent lowering of determination accuracy of radiation irradiation even when a pixel for radiation detection after shipment becomes defective.SOLUTION: An electronic cassette 20 includes a plurality of TFTs 102b which are provided for reading out electric signals of a plurality of pixels 100b exclusive for detection for detecting whether radiation 16 is emitted, a first readout control part 140 which drives the plurality of TFTs 102b and reads out the electric signals of the pixels 100b exclusive for detection, and a defective pixel determining part 144 which determines whether or not the pixels 100b are defective, based on the electric signals of the pixels 100b.
