Disclosed is an agricultural product drying apparatus using far infrared rays. The agricultural product drying apparatus using far infrared rays in the present invention comprises: a housing provided to allow a worker access thereto a drying chamber provided in the housing and installed separate at regular intervals from the upper and side parts of the housing in order to form a circulation passage of dry air between the drying chamber and the housing, wherein an opening part connected to the circulation passage is formed on the middle of the upper part of the drying chamber and a space in which a product to be dried is received is formed in the drying chamber heating units installed in the circulation passage to be respectively arranged on both sides of the upper part of the drying chamber with respect to the opening part, and provided to radiate high-temperature far infrared rays and form dry air air blowing parts respectively installed on the left and right sides of the drying chamber, and provided to form the flow of the dry air formed by the heating units toward the inside of the drying chamber and toward the opening part in order to continuously circulate the dry air in both symmetric directions in the housing and a dehumidifying part installed on the surface of the housing to be connected to the circulation passage, and provided to remove moisture contained in the dry air which is circulated along the circulation passage.
