Crystal of 5-hydroxy-1h-imidazole-4-carboxamide·3/4 hydrate, method for producing the same and crystal of 5-hydroxy-1 h-imidazole-4-carboxamide hydrate
Disclosed is a method for producing 5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide 3/4 hydrate, which comprises: a step wherein 2-amino malonamide is reacted with trimethyl orthoformate in the presence of a carboxylic acid (formic acid or oxalic acid) so as to obtain 5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide a step wherein the thus-obtained 5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide is reacted with an acidic compound so as to obtain an acidic salt of 5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide or a hydrate thereof and a step wherein the thus-obtained acidic salt of 5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide or a hydrate thereof is reacted with a salt in the presence of an acidic solvent.
