A sterilizing liquid dispenser (2) for dispensing a measured amount of at least two fluid reagents comprises:a first reservoir (32a) for a first fluid reagent, the reservoir having a first reservoir inlet valve and a first reservoir outlet valve- a second reservoir (32b) for a second fluid reagent, the reservoir having a second reservoir inlet valve and a second reservoir outlet valve and- a user-operable actuator (54)wherein the actuator is operable to:- close the first and second reservoir inlet valves, to prevent fluid reagent entering the first and second reservoirs (32a, 32b) and- open the first and second reservoir outlet valves, to permit dispensing of the first and second fluid reagents from the reservoirs (32a, 32b).
