This invention provides a combination-drug composition and a combination use of pharmaceuticals for preventing and/or treating dyslipidemia states, such as hyper-LDL cholesterolemia, in mammals, including humans. This invention pertains to a drug composition for preventing and/or treating dyslipidemia and the like, said drug composition comprising the following: (R)-2-[3-[[N-(benzoxazole-2-yl)-N-3-(4-methoxyphenoxy)propy 1]aminomethyl]phenoxy] butyric acid, a salt thereof, or a solvate of either； and an omega-3 fatty acid or an ester derivative of an É-3 fatty acid.
