PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for an endoscope apparatus to be used along with a gripping tool with a thread that lifts a lesioned part to easily peel off a lower layer of the lesioned part when removing the lesioned part of early stomach cancer, etc., and an endoscope apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool 10A for an endoscope apparatus includes a cylindrical attachment part 11 to be removably attached to a leading end of an endoscope apparatus 15, and a guide tube 12 into which a forceps can be inserted.
