A hunting blind incorporating a right panel having a cow silhouetting periphery； a left panel having a cow silhouetting periphery； and a matrix of cross members spanning between the panels； wherein one of the matrix members pivots for seating； wherein another of the matrix members is adapted to pivot in the manner of a door and has a cow rear silhouetting periphery； and wherein another of the matrix members pivots to form a storage shelf； the hunting blind further incorporating a cow head silhouetting plate suspended from the panels' forward ends.
