PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of a composition which includes biodegradable microparticles with an entrapped or adsorbed antigen, in combination with a submicron oil-in-water emulsion.SOLUTION: The composition comprises a submicron oil-in-water emulsion, and a selected antigen entrapped in, or adsorbed to, a biodegradable microparticle.
