The invention relates to rigidified pentadentate chelating agents of Formulae (I) and (II), which are useful for the [Al18F]2+ labelling of biomolecules. The chelating agents of the invention are used to form coordination complexes with [Al18F]2+, which are particularly advantageous for use as tracers in molecular imaging techniques, in particular PET.L'invention concerne des agents chélateurs pentadentates rigidifiés de formules (I) et (II), qui sont utiles pour le marquage [AL18F]2+ de biomolécules.
