PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging bag capable of massaging a body part with appropriate strength corresponding to a shape of the body part.SOLUTION: An inside space of a massaging bag 50 is partitioned into: an expansion region allowing introduction of a fluid and a non-expansion region disallowing the introduction of the fluid. For instance, in an instep massaging bag 51 for massaging a surrounding part of an instep in a foot 100, an instep-part first region 51a arranged inside the instep and an instep-part second region 51b arranged outside the instep are set to be the expansion region, and an instep-part third region 51c arranged around a base of a first toe is set to be the non-expansion region.
