The present invention relates to a method for reducing organic waste by using Ptecticus tenerife and, more specifically, a method for reducing organic waste by using Ptecticus tenerife to allow an organic waste discharging business entity or a food waste processing company to independently reduce an amount of waste by inserting eggs or lava of Ptecticus tenerife.
