The detecting method of scalp boundary using MRI images comprises the following steps: determining three dimensional coordinates (x, y, z) of each pixel of MRI images using a plurality of reference points displayed on an MRI image file； visualizing an image of a head three dimensionally using the three dimensional coordinates of the pixels； and detecting a scalp boundary by applying a boundary detecting filter to each pixel arranged inside of the visualized head from the set point which is set outside of the head. Through the method, compared to a conventional method for manually measuring a distance between scalp and a lesion, time required for measuring the distance can be reduced, patients will be less uncomfortable, and the labor force will be reduced since it does not require a number of personnel. [Reference numerals] (S10) Determining a 3D coordinate of a pixel； (S20) Forming the 3D shape of a head； (S30) Detecting a scalp boundary； (S40) Calculating the distance from the scalp boundary to a center본 발명은 MRI 영상을 이용한 머리모양을 형상화하는 방법에 있어서, a) 환자의 MRI 이미지파일들의 각 픽셀들의 3차원 좌표(x, y, z)를 상기 MRI 이미지파일상에 표시된 복수의 기준점을 이용하여 결정하는 단계； b) 상기 결정된 픽셀들의 3차원 좌표를 이용하여 환자의 3차원 머리 모양을 형상화하는 단계； 및 c) 상기 형상화한 머리의 외부공간에 설정된 시작점에서 상기 형상화한 머리의 내부공간에 위치한 중심점 방향으로 위치하는 픽셀들에 대해 순차적으로 경계 검출필터를 적용하여 두피의 경계점을 검출하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 경계 검출 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 두피에서 병소까지의 거리를 수동으로 측정하는 종래의 방법에 비해 측정 시간이 절약되어 환자의 불편함이 감소되고, 측정인원이 줄어들어 의료진의 노동력을 절감할 수 있어 경제적이며, 측정값을 수기로 옮겨적는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오기를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
